1. Report your return via email: info@againandagainfashion.com, with accompanying form.

2. Send the product to us within 14 days.

3. Once we receive your return, you will receive your refund within 14 days.

   • We refund in the same way you paid.

   • If you paid with a gift card, you will receive a new voucher.

NOTE: We cannot process your return without a return form.
