Warranty:
All items you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do.

Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post or by e-mail) to withdraw from the contract. Returns can be notified via e-mail address: [email protected].

You can also use the model withdrawal form, but are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of revocation:

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments made by you up to that point without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The customer is responsible for returning the products and the costs involved. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refunds. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Grace period:

- By law, the cooling-off period is a minimum of 14 days. This reflection period starts the day after the consumer has received all items from the order.

- During the cooling-off period, the consumer can let it be known that he or she wishes to dissolve the purchase without giving reasons. During this period, the consumer can thus "dissolve" or "revoke" the agreement. Rescinding is not the same as returning. What matters is that the consumer makes it known to the trader unequivocally within the period that he renounces the purchase. This "notification" must be made in any way possible. - The consumer is not required to give advance notice of the return. The consumer can choose to return the products within the reflection period and in the return package to include a notice indicating the wish to revoke. In this case, therefore, the customer must return the products within 14 days of receipt. The consumer must bear the shipping costs.

- The consumer does have the option of giving advance notice of the return. From the moment the consumer has notified the purchase to be cancelled, the consumer has a maximum of 14 days from that moment to actually return the products.

- Consumer receives a confirmation email of the withdrawal or return.

DEPRECIATION IN CASE OF DAMAGE

- During the reflection period, one can assess the products if he wishes to keep them. If the consumer goes beyond what is necessary for this assessment, the resulting depreciation will be offset against the amount to be refunded.

- Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. For example, 2-packs are one product and should not be returned in one piece, as this is considered an incomplete product. If this happens anyway, it falls under depreciation of goods and the amount will be deducted.

REPAYMENT PERIOD

- Consumer will be refunded within 14 days after the withdrawal notice or product is received. This includes shipping costs. We do this with the same means of payment the consumer paid with. When paying with a gift card, consumer receives a voucher.
