1 |Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between WE Identify B.V., trading as Again and Again Fashion, and its customers.

By placing an order, the consumer indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3 |The offer and realization

1. All prices include VAT and any other charges, such as shipping costs.

2. An agreement is established when the consumer pays for an order using the chosen payment method.

4 |Payment

1. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

2. Consumers are required to report inaccuracies in payment information immediately.

5 |Delivery

1. Products are delivered within the delivery time stated on the site.

2. If a product is not delivered within 30 days, the consumer may rescind the agreement.

6 |Right of withdrawal (return)

1. Consumers may use a product Return within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons.

9 |Disputes and law

1. On this agreement is Dutch law applicable.

2. Consumers can additionally use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform For cross-border purchases within the EU.

10 |Changes to terms and conditions

WE Identify B.V. may amend these terms and conditions. New versions will be published on the website.

11 |Other provisions

Any additional agreements are valid only if they are recorded in writing or on a durable data carrier.
