It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned. We find it very annoying if something happened that you are not satisfied with. Quality and service is high on our list, if you are not satisfied you can contact us using the information below and we will look for an appropriate solution.

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, please contact us at the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl) or to this Dispute Resolution Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
