1 |Applicability<\/strong><\/h2>

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between WE Identify B.V.<\/strong>, trading as Again and Again Fashion<\/em>, and its customers.<\/p>

By placing an order, the consumer indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>

3 |The offer and realization<\/strong><\/h2>

  1. All prices include VAT and any other charges, such as shipping costs.<\/p><\/li>

  2. An agreement is established when the consumer pays for an order using the chosen payment method.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    4 |Payment<\/strong><\/h2>

    1. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.<\/p><\/li>

    2. Consumers are required to report inaccuracies in payment information immediately.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      5 |Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>

      1. Products are delivered within the delivery time stated on the site.<\/p><\/li>

      2. If a product is not delivered within 30 days, the consumer may rescind the agreement.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        6 |Right of withdrawal (return)<\/strong><\/h2>

        1. Consumers may use a product Return within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

        2. This is done through the return address and return instructions on the website.<\/p><\/li>

        3. Within the first 14 days, the consumer must let us know that they want to return and then they still have 14 days<\/strong> To return the product.<\/p><\/li>

        4. Return charges are the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><\/li>

        5. Products must be returned in original condition.<\/p><\/li>

        6. Upon receipt of the return, the consumer will receive the payment back within 14 days in the same manner as the original payment<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

          7 |Warranty<\/strong><\/h2>

          1. On products, the legal warranty<\/strong>: products must meet what consumers can expect.<\/p><\/li>

          2. Any additional guarantees do not affect legal rights.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

            8 |Complaints<\/strong><\/h2>

            1. Complaints can be submitted via e-mail.<\/p><\/li>

            2. WE Identify B.V. will respond to complaints within a reasonable period of time.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

              9 |Disputes and law<\/strong><\/h2>

              1. On this agreement is Dutch law<\/strong> applicable.<\/p><\/li>

              2. Consumers can additionally use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform<\/strong> For cross-border purchases within the EU.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                10 |Changes to terms and conditions<\/strong><\/h2>

                WE Identify B.V. may amend these terms and conditions. New versions will be published on the website.<\/p>

                11 |Other provisions<\/strong><\/h2>

                Any additional agreements are valid only if they are recorded in writing or on a durable data carrier.<\/p>\n<\/div>
